More cross stitch finished pieces

Only small ones, but it's still a progress. As there's another week to end the month, maybe I can finish another couple of those poor forgotten works

first one is "homes and houses" by Birds of a Feathers. I searched for years to find a frame like the one on the original design, but failed. Now that I can no more buy asupplies, I decided to mount it on cardboard. I stitched this one in 1998 I believe... ouch !
this is the original design, out of print for years and years

I found this old frame in a trash of a charity. It had a religious thing inside. It took me a lot of time to unbuild the whole thing, the religious certificate is damaged (didn't throw it away, maybe someone would be interested), got rid of the glass, of the bunch of rusted nails, and all I have to do is to use a little bit of wax and brou de noix. I have a nice frame.... but nothing that is matching in size...hahaha... Nevermind, I'm sure I'll end having something, someday, that will....

the little bear I can't remember who the designer was, but I stitched this around 1995...
The bigger one is a San-Man design, that was probably my favorite from this designer. I stitched this on a piece of evenwave with a metallic thread accent. Can't remember who sold this fabric, but it was gorgeous ! I stitched this one a long long time ago too....

can't remember the designer, but it's an old one too....At this time I was stitching on aida, what I stopped many years ago

Bent Creek oldie, a free chart named "whirligig" - I was quite sad when I saw I can't find back 2 other free charts of this designer, that I stitched long time ago, the "groundhog day" and "squirrel". I probably gave those to someone, who didn't care....
Might stitch those again, someday...

another bent creek design, mounted on cardboard too. I stitched this one in 2001.

I used the garden twill again, to finish it. Cheap and matching well the "primitive look" of the design. I hope I can find something someday to decorate the top, maybe like a little branch with fake leaves and acorn...

I can't remember who was the designer, but it's an old one, surely one of the first I stitched ! I've always loved (and have at home) roddens, all kind, this was a great choice :-)
I' quite happy with this idea of making tiny ornaments, it's not only a quick finish but it takes less space than a frame AND it's making me use a bunch of my useless stash, like fiberfill, backing fabrics, and threads (I use those to make the cording).

Well, I have a couple of other designs in mind, maybe I can finish those too... let's see ! For now I'm mostly using all my forces to work outside home, like painting the fences, repairing what I can, adding concrete here and there, planting some cheap seeds I found at Noz, etc. The nerve in my right arm sounds really damaged, but again no surgery for me, I don't want so. I managed the pain up to now, I can keep on doing so.
